Do the CL-Projects Kontakt libraries work in Kontakt Player ?
No, all the CL-Projects Kontakt libraries will only work in the 'Full' version of Kontakt. If you try to load a library in a non-full Kontakt or in Kontakt Player, the library will only work for 15 minutes in demo mode. If you want to add a CL-Projects library via the 'Add library' tab, you will get an error message because none of the CL-Projects libraries are Kontakt Player compatible.

To use a CL-Projects library you must use the version of Kontakt that the library was created for, or newer because the library will not work in an older Kontakt version as mentioned in the 'Features' tab of the library's webpage. How do i check the Kontakt version i have installed ?
To check your version of Kontakt, click on the Kontakt logo at the top left corner of the Kontakt window. An information box will pop up which shows the version number you have installed. To close the dialog box, just click on the pop-up window.

How do i load the CL-Projects Kontakt libraries into Kontakt ?
After you unzipped the downloaded zip file after purchase, move the library folder to a desired location on your harddrive. In Kontakt, open the Kontakt browser by clicking on the 'Browse' icon at the top of the Kontakt window, if not already open. In the Kontakt Browser window, click on the 'Files' tab next to the 'Libraries' tab. This will open a file browser into the Kontakt interface. Navigate to the location where you have placed the library folder. From here you can open the 'Instruments' or 'Multis' folders and select the instrument or multi you want to load by double clicking it or drag it into the Kontakt interface.

What is a SysEx file ?
A SysEx file ontains raw MIDI System Exclusive (SysEx) messages. It allows a computer to communicate with external MIDI compatible devices, such as transferring patch data from a synthesizer to a computer's hard drive or vice versa.

How do i transfer a SysEx file into my hardware synthesizer ?
Because the installation is product specific, you have to consult the installation pdf file of the patch bank you want to use to know how to transfer it to your synthesizer. Also consult the synthesizer manual to find out how to transfer patch banks to and from your synthesizer.
