i am a big fan of hardware synthesizers. The hands on control is for me the preferred way to program patches. In the 80's, the hands on control was heavily reduced which resulted in a lot of menu diving to program the patches . This also resulted in a lot of musicians only using the preset patches. That's why i created some paychbanks for these type of synthesizer. I always try to use the full potential of the synthesizer to program patches which resulted in the patchbanks below. The software synthesizers of today narrowed the gap existing between hardware and software synthesizers regarding sound programming and sound quality.
